The Commic31on has: issued the enclosed Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating License No._ DPR-39 and Amendment No. 63 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-48
' for the Zion Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2. respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated March 4,1977 and supolemented on April 4,1977 and July 12, 1979.
These amendments revise the Technical Specifications requirements for noble gas monitor detection limits.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notico of Issuance are also enclosed.
