QUAL 2-10-2 (SDR #11)
Dear Mr. Grier:
In our most recent letter on the above subject deficiency, it was stated we anticipated completing the corrective actions by June 30, 1981.
Due to c ir c u.ns t a n c e s that have subsequently developed during the course of correcting the deficiency, it is now expected that completion of the corrective actions will be delayed until August 30, 1981.
The most recent delay is due to the fact that the testing to determine the cause, revealed that a design change and new parts were required.
These new parts were just received on site.
We expect it will take approximately a month to install and inspeer the new parts, barring any unforeseen difficulties.
Sincerely, JMC:drd 7
