for the discharge damper to 22 ECCS pump room exhaust fan needed adjust-l l 014 l l ment. The linkage caused the damper to fail shut rendering the fan in-I io isi I operable (T.S. 3.7.7.1).

The damper was repaired and the fan was re-l iO i6 ; l turned to service at 1400 on 05-04-81. The redundant fan remained oper-l l O 17 l l able during the event.
