EXPORT LICENSE l
Conditions License Number Candition 1 - Ucensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmester two copies,in cddi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covering each export and merk one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following dectoration should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Dectorations for such exports:
"This shipment is being made pursuont to specific license number (specific license number) filed at(location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of I
I license), and the unshipped balance remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declorction.'
Ccndition 2 - Exports outhorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups O, S, W, X, Y, cnd 2 in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens;ve Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the metericl.
Ccndition 4 - The meterial to be exported under this license shcIl be shipped in accordance with the physical protection rec.uirements for special nuclear material in 10 CFR 73.

transported outside the United States in possenger ccrrying circraft in shipments i
exceeding ( ) 20 grcms or 20 curies, ohichever is less, of plutonium er urcnium 233, er (2) 350 groms of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This license cuthorizes export orly and does not cuthorize the rece:pt, phys:cci possession, or use of the nudecr materici.
Condition 7 - The licensee shc!I complete and submit en NRC Form 741 for ecch shipment cf source material exported under this license.
