The Commission continued its discussion of a full-power operating license for Sequoyah 2.
The Commission was unable to reach a majority position.
Chairman Hendrie and Comissioner Ahearne indicated that they would approve a full-power operating license while Comissioners Gilinsky and Bradford preferred issuance of a low-power operating license at tilis time.
