Gentlemen:
Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-4 of License SNM-1067 was amended on December 23, 1980, by adding Section 12.0 - Physical Protection Requirements for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance.
The revision was issued in response to your October 31, 1980 application for amendment, which superceded your May 16, 1980 request.
An amendment fee of $6,900' was paid for review and approval of the plan.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $1,178.
We have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $5,722 to your Company.
