Re:
Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Docket No. 50-410 Our letter dated April 23, 1981 indicated that a final 10CFR 50.55(e) report on the spent fuel pool heat exchangers would be provided by July 1, 1981.
However, since sufficient data is not available to determine the corrective action far the spent fuel pool heat exchangers, a final report cannot be submitted. A final report will be provided by October 1,1981.
