Dear Members of the Board:
The purpose of this letter is to inform this Board that it will not be filing a response to a pleading entitled "Information Motion" filed on June 16, 1981 by Intervenors Gonzalo Fernos and Citizens for the Cc,nservation of National Resources, Inc., unless othemise directed by this Board.
Since the main concern expressed by the Intervenors in this most recent pleading was their difficulty in obtaining copies of the Nuclear Regulatory Cor.raission Issrances (NRCI) and the adverse effect thf..; may have on their prompt participation in this proceeding, we wish to report that the NRC Staff has made the following arrangements.
On June 26, 1981, the NRC forwarded to the Law Library of the University of Puerto Rico in San osan, Puerto Rico a complete microfiche collection of NRCI (issuances from January 1975 through January 1981 (latest issue)) as well as the previous version of this publication, the Atomic Energy Commission l
Reports (issuances from October 1956 through January 1975). The letter forwarding these materials as well as the indices to these materials is attached.
We intend to provide subsequent copies of the NRCI to the University Law Library as they are published for as long as this proceeding continues.
