The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 6" to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated March 16, 1981, and suppleinen.ai letter dated November 26, 1980. The amendment increases the reactor shutdown margin reouirement for operational mode 5 (cold shutdown). Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
