Enclosed is an original for Chairman Grossnan, and copies for Judge Foreman and Judge Ferguson, of an executed copy of a stipulation regarding matters related to the prehearing conference and the hearing for this proceeding.
It was signed by counsel for the remaining parties in this proceeding, with Mr. Cady signing as counsel for the newly. consolidated intervenors.
At the time that the stipulation was originally prepared, the date for tne prehearing conference telephone call was thought to be May 12, 1981, and so appears in section A of the Stipulation.
