Dear Mr. Withers:

We have completed our review of the generic issue " Adequacy of Station Electric Distribution System Voltages" as applied to the Trojan Nuclear Plant. We find that the voltage analysis and test results submitted by you for meeting the staff position on adequacy of station electric distribution system voltages to be acceptable.

Our Safety Evaluation is based on our review of EG&G's Technical Evaluation Report (TER). Copies of both are enclosed for your information.

Sincerely, U

Robert A. Clark, Chief Operating Reactors Branch #3 Division of Licensing
