Dear Ms. Diggs:
In response to your request, we are submitting to you a check in the amount of $12,700.00. This check is to cover the fees for the license application we filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) in our November 10, 1980 letter. The application proposed Technical Specification Changes relating to six areas of the Calvert Cliffs TS as requested by ONRR's letter dated July 2,1980 on TMI-2 Lessons Learned Category "A" items.
Based on your determination of the review, several safety issues vere required. Thus it is our understanding the the application requires l
a Class IV fee of $12,300 for Unit No.1 and a C2 ass I fee of $h00 for Unit No. 2 and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
