This letter is to advise you that Topic III-3.B has been deleted from the Systematic Evaluation Program review of your facility.
The topic is not applicable to your site because your site coes not have a system whose function is to lower the groundwater table. The partial initial decision rendered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on February 24, 1981 concluded that it was not necessary to install a dewatering system at this time and that a final decision en this matter would be made pending final determination of the magnitude of the safe-shutdown earthquake.
If, as a result of the final decision it becomes necessary to install a dewatering system, this topic will again be applicable to your site.
Please review and provide your com.ents within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
If no response is received within that time, we will assume that you have no coments or corrections.
