Dear'Mr. Winegrad:
In our December 17, 1979 letter responding to your November 6, 1979 inquiry re;arding the effects of radioactive releases from the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, we connitted to send you a copy of the Safety Evaluation supporting expansion of the spent fuel pool capacity when our review was ccmpleted. Due to administrative changes at the NRC, we overlooked our commitment until a recent review of the files.
Enclosed is a copy of the amendment package, including the Safety Evaluation for our author 12ation of an increase in the spent fuel pool storage capacity of both Calvert Cliffs units from 1056 to 1760 tuel assemblies. This package was issued September 19, 1980.
