I am enclosing the latest draft stipulation, which is complete except that contention 8-(a), with which I previously disagreed, should now be included in Attachment A as a stipulated contention.
Please note the NRC Staff has not yet finally reviewed and approved the stipulation, and that I must reserve the right to modify the stipulation should that prove necessary.
