In accordance with your application dated December 30, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special. Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to incorporate the revised descrip-tion of the activities of the Wilmington Technological Safety Council as given in the attachment to the December 30, 1980, letter. Accordingly, we will replace Section 4.4 of page A-19 of Appendix A with the revised description and change the date of page A-19 to December 30, 1980.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Future amendment applications should, as in the past, include appropriately revised pages for the license conditions section (Appendix A) of your license.
