20555 Docket No. 50-111 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO.E-7 AMENDMENT NO. 13 Effect'ive J(lif 3 0 l5' 3 Indemnity Agreement No E-7, between North Carolina State University at Raleigh, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated September 6, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its' entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 3 - Location For purposes of License Nos. R-63 and R-120:

All basement floor rooms int Luding the Reactor Room, four utility rooms, storage room, filter room and fan room.
