We provided administrative guidance concerning your reissuance of these Topical Reports to indicate they have been approved by the EkC.
However, you submitted a Revision 1 to YAEC.1693, dated November 30, 1989 which arrived here after our Decenber 11 letter was issued. Revision 1 does not affect the conclusions of our December 11, 1989 Safety Evaluation but it does affect the administrative guidance we provided you concerning reissutoce of reports to reflect NRC approval. Therefore, v:e are sending this letter to inform you that we have received YAEC-1693, Revision 1 and that you should e
proceed with reissuance of both Topical Reports using a reference to YAEC-1693,
. Revision 1 rather than to YAEC.1693 as stated in our December 11 letter.-
