Also enclosed are the Amendment 8 changes you rec)uested for Carlyle Michelson. One package is the non proprietary portion; one is the pro inetary portion, excluding Chapter 19 pages. Chapter 19 has been included as a comp ete copy with amendments through Amendment 9 I am sending an identical package to Mike Carmel of Sandia National Laboratory ar you requested.
