ORDER TERMINATING FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-53 FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA, AGN 211P NUCLEAR REACTOR The Comission has issued the enclosed Order that terminates Facility License No. R-53 for the University of Oklahoma AGN 211P Nuclear Reactor, in accordance with your application dated October 25, 1988 as supplemented on March 9 and August 28, 1989.
In connection with the license termination, we are enclosing two copics of Amendment No.12 to Indemnity Agreement No. E-26. Please sign and turn one copy to this office.
A copy of the Order, which is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the Safety Evaluation and the Environmental Assessment associated with this action are enclosed.
