TSs..=The-revision defines the testing necessary for consistency between Limiting Condition for Operation 3.10.3.b and Surveillance Requirement 4.10.3.2. The revised bases are provided for your information and for. inclusion in your copy of the SQN's Units 1 and 2 TSs.

The' revised bases are identified in Enclosure 1. The justification for the changes is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no I significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in Enclosure 3.
