of'these examinations. The enclosed; inspection report identifies areas examined'during the inspection.
Within-these areas the~ inspection consisted of selective examination of pr.oce- ' dures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations ! - ' by the inspector < The inspection included follow-up of your implementation of- ASME Section XI Repair and Replacement Program.as related'to the NIS-2/N-5 com- plation process. _ Review of your completion of the ASME Section XI, VT-2 Hydro- not.lc Test, follow-up of related ASME Code issues and'rcitiew at:f doc u entat hn a cof other construction issues, j Within the scope off the inspection,.no violations or-deviations were identified. As a result of these inspection's,lementation of the ASME Section XI modifica- examinations and document reviews, the NRC' I ' ~ staff has* concluded that your imp ' - tion, repair and replacement program (rerating activities) for CPSES' Unit 1, as it relates to the development and completion of'ASME Section'XI NIS-2 Forms '(Owner's Report of Repair or R? placement), has been sufficiently comprehensive- 4 and'the records demonstrate that all requirements of the ASME Code have been- .
- met.. Further, to.the extent Mquired, we~ note that the approximately 807
o _ documentation packages associated with the ASME Section XI NIS-2 forms, are ' indexed and appropriately. traceable to each of the ASME Section III-N-5 - documents. for CPSES Unit 1 and common. systems.
