prior to G p.m. (CST) on February 2,1990, thereby meeting, in part, the operability requirements specified in TS 3.7.2. and thus exiting the action
. requirements of TS 3.0.3.
It was our understanding that steps were taken during this period to verify that control room operators were fully cognizant of

the actions required with respect to the CBCWS chiller and that an extra shift
(-
supervisor was assigned to the control room to Jsist during this period.
3 We. understand that one CBCWS chiller was returned to operable status before 6 p.m. on February 2,1990, resulting in RBS' exit of TS 3.0.3.
