EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-213/90-01(OL)

On January 16'- 18, 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employees of
your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Haddam Neck facility.
'
An additional examination was administered to one Reactor Operator who had
failed a previously ' administered requalification exam. One of the four Senior
Reactor Operator candidates passed the examinations; the other three failed.
'
The Reactor Operator passed his retake requalification exam. The enclosed
report provides the details of these examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
.
letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
