By letter dated January 15, 1990 Toledo Edison Company requested approval of a revised reactor capsule withdrawal and insertion schedule for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. This revised schedule is needed for l
the sixth refueling outage to allow the withdrawals and insertions to be made at this time. The enclosure to this letter contains our-safety evaluation I
