The NRC staff has completed its review of the subject item.
Generic Letter 81-21 was issued by the NRC on May 5, 1981.
It requested all pressurized water reactor licensees to provide certain information l
with regard to natural circulation cooldown. Toledo Edison Company provided responses to that generic letter and to additional requests for information on the same subject as' indicated in Section 4.0, References 1 through7-oftheenclosedSafetyEvaluation(SE). The SE concludes that your responses are acceptable. This completes this item for Davis-Besse and TAC 47182'is closed.
