.We have completed our-review of your proposed Revision No. 22 to the TMI-2

Organization Plan. The proposed revision eliminates the Defueling and L
Engineering Departments and includes the remaining engineering functions-LL
,within:the Engineering Section of the Site-Operations Department.
Additionally, a new section, the Special Projects and Construction Support
' Section, is being created in the Site Operations Department. The proposed changes reflect the conclusion of the TMI-2 defueling program and the elimination of the need of a separate angineering support organization. The proposed changes would be effective upon the completion of defueling.
~ The proposed changes will not' eliminate any vital positions or functions l,
within the THI-2 organization, nor_ will 4 t change the personne1' qualifications

Organization Plan Revision 22. The enclosed Figure 1.2, Rev. 22 should be substituted for the existing GPUN Organization Plan, Figure 1.2.
