This letter is in regard to your letter, with attachments, dated November 20, 1989 whereby you submitted a revision to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear MaterialControl(FNMC) Plan. One of the attachments consisted of a revised FHMC
-Plan page (7.4, revision 2) dated November 20, 1989 provided for under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have determined that the commitment to perform gross weight shipper-receiver comparison when receiving UF from a domestic NRC licensee is acceptable in g
that it is consistent with regulatory requirements and meets the intent of regulatory guidelines and standards. Accordingly, License Condition 1.1 to Safeguards Amendmert SG-2 to your License No. SNM-1097 is hereby revised, effective upon receipt of this letter, to read as follows:
1.1 :The licensee shall follow Sections 1.0 through 9.0 of its tundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan dated December 16, 1987 -
