CLOSURE OF OUTSTANDING ACTION ITEM 87-0108 - REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION INTERPRETATION FOR DAVIS-BESSE MAIN j
STEAM ISOLATION VALVE OPERABILITY.
On April 1, 1987, DRS requested that NRR provide an interpretation regarding MSIV operability, when the three associated Technical S)ecification requirements all specified different stroke times for tie same valves.
Discussions with NRR indicate that the original request has been lost.
Subsequent to our request, the licensee has obtained changes to the associated Technical Specifications such that the stroke times are now the same in all locations within the Technical Specifications. Therefore, no interpretation is required.
You are requested to close this action item, as an interpretation is no longer required.
