By letter dated July 31, 1989 the staff informed you of our agreement to revise the Perry Nuclear Power Plant RER evaluation schedule to coincide with; the completion of new security system modifications provided you submitLa description of the specific security upgrade improvements and milestones, associated with those improvements.

By letter dated September 7,1989, you provided us that information.

We have~ reviewed your schedule for completion of the security improvements and have revised our RER schedule to coincide with your completion dates. 'Thus, our new schedule reflects conducting an RER at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant not before November 1990. As this date approaches, we will inform you _of our final schedule.

Please inform us as soon as possible of any-delays in the 4

completion of your security improvements.

This request for information affects fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB-clearance is not required under Pub. L.96-511..
