Subject: Enforcement Lonference (Meeting Report No. 50-320/89- 09 & 89-13)
This refers to the Enforcement Conferences held on November 21 and December 4,
1989, at the NRC Region 1 Office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The purpose of
the conferences was to discuss the circumstances, evaluations, corrective
actions, and apparent violations associated with the unplanned occupational
exposure of two employees at TMI OrM-2 on September 25, 1989, as well as the
circumstances connected with the angianned exposure that occurred on November
28, 1989. Our findings relative to these exposures were provided to you in NRC
Inspection Reports No. 50-320/89-09 and 50-320/89-13.
No reply to this letter is required. You will be notified of our evaluation of
appropriate enforcement action at a later date.
