NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTY This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated December 13, 1989 and check for $25,000 in payment of the civil penalty proposed by the NRC on November 13, 1989. The corrective actions described in the attachment to your letter have been reviewed and will be evaluated during future inspections to determine whether additional enforcement action is necessary.
