By letters dated March 31, October 31, and December 28, 1989, you responded to Eulletin 88 10. The NRC staff has completed the review of your responses and finds that your actions are in conformance with the bulletin.

No further action is required at this tine. The NRC staff considers that you have met the response requirements of Bulletin 88 10.

As discussed in Bulletin C8 10, you should maintain the documentation associated

with this bulletin for at least five years. These records may be subject to_ inspection in the-future.
