By letter dated December 6, 1988, Illinois Power submitted a proposed revision to their requalification training program as documented in Section 13.2.2 of'the.Clinton Power Station Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR).

Following discussions with the NRC staff, Illinois Power submitted a revised request-by-letter dated September 20, 1989. We have now completed the staff's review of the proposed changes to Section 13.2.2 of the USAR. The staff

. concludes:that the applicant's requalification training-program for licensed personnel is acceptable as proposed in the letter dated September 20, 1989.
