Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.763, Appellants request the Commission to allow and ORDER oral argument concerning this matter.of appeal now before the Commission. Appellants submit that.only after hearing oral argument at a public hearing, can the Commission be fully apprised of Appellants' position and right to Intervene in the above-captioned license proceeding.

In the interest of public safety and for the protection of the environment as a whole Appellants plead for the Commissions' due consideration of these requests.
