Our letter and Notice described four 2

We have evaluated your response and determined

Wefhave reviewed carefully, your position-with regard to each of the referenced
.violationst -Your response -requested tiet Violation A be classified as licensee-identified, and denied Violation-B. We have concluded, for the reasons presentedLin;the Enclosure to this letter, thet credit for self-identification s of-Violation-A is inappropriate' and that additlonal information is required to further evaluate your response to Violation B.
In addition, we have determined

- provide a supplemental _-response for the reasons presented in Enclosure 2 to this
