the criteria of.NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examiner Standards, Revision 5 ES-601.-
The cooperation of your training staff in the development of the requalification-

examination, and specifically to surmount the unique problems in preparing the static simulation portion of the written examination without a representative simulator were commendable. Also, the operators, who were examined, were well prepared.
