ENCLOSURE ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE DISCUSSION TOPICS 1.
The safety significance of the failure to meet the single failure criteria as a result of the design deficiency in the d-c electrical distribution system breakers.

Subsequent corrective actions taken as a result of these deficiencies and the tineliness of these actions considering the problem was identified in January 1988 and not correct until November 1989.
3.
Schedule for restoration of the d-c electrical distribution system to its normal lineup.
Include any corrective actions or evaluations 1
cegarding the remaining thermal-only trip breakers.

Management systems for prioritization of open items including SSFI findings that have a potential safety significance.
Timetable for addressing and correcting these items.
5.
Corrective actions to improve how the commitment tracking system tracks issues to resolution in a timely manner with respect to their potential safety significance.
