Plant (SSEP), Units land 2, regarding operation of _the Hydrogen Water  !

Chemistry System. This submittal is a result of a conference call-on  !

Monitors to. normal full ,)ower background values af ter decreasing be3ow 20% of i' Rated Thermal Power. Based on the discussion with the Staff, the request is being changed so that the setpoint values will be reset to normal-values' prior to decreasing below 20% of Rated Thermal Power.

The change fer. P.e original request does not affect the conclusions' reached in the 10CFR50.92 analysis provided in the October 19,1989, submittal. As such, the 10CFR50.92 analysis remains valid.
