of your staff'at the NRC Regional Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, on-January 12, 1990, at 1:00 p.m. (CST).
t This meeting-is'an enforcement conference to discuss the recent findings relating to the apparent lack of control of licensed operator qualification requirements. During this meeting you are-requested to present to the staff the programmatic controls that were.in place when the apparent violations were-
- identified.- Include in your discussion those management controls applied at -
all Commonwealth Edison plants. The presentation should also-address line management and Quality Assurance activities that have or should have identified-the apparent violations.. In addition, discuss the corrective
-actions you have or should have taken to prevent the occurrence of the
-apparent-violations.
