(AMS No. RIII-89-A-0153) concerning security activities at your Zion l
Nuclear Power Station.
We have concluded that:the allegation does not 1
provide sufficient details or bases to indicate a potential safety concern exists.
We-are providing the,following details of this allegation to you for your information.
No response. is required; however, should you determine that i
the allegation is substantiated and has safety or security significance, please notify the Region of this information:
t In December 1989, Region III received a telephone call from an individual with information regarding inequitable distribution of disciplinary points and low morale at Zion Station.
The individual expressed concerns that guard force morale is low and one of the many reasons is the inequitable distribution of disciplinary points.
Officers are given different points i
-for the same infraction.
Any response that may result from this letter will not be subject to the k
clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
