The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 42 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, in response to your app _11 cation dated October 6, 1989.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications concerning iodine spiking reporting requirements and iodine activity action limits.
j A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Comission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
