The licensee listed for License No.

SNM-21 is Rocketdyne Division, Rockwell International Corporation.

We have-determined that Rockwell International Corporation cannot act as the parent company for License No SNM-21.

You have stated that Rocketdyne Division is not a; separate legal entity or a subsidiary corporation.

For a company to act as a s

parent company guarantor for a second company, the two companies must ' exist as separate legal entities with the parent company having a controlling interest over the other company.

Therefore, Rockwell International Corporation does not qualify as a parent company for Rocketdyne Division.
