Bolton, Massachusetts 01740-1398 , Gentlemen: SUBJECT: EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-29/E9-22 (OL) i On November 28, 1989, through December 1, 1989, the NRC administered examina- tions to two employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate , your Yankee Nuclear Power Station in Rowe, Massachusetts. Also, three indi- ' viduals were administered requalification examinations as a result of their having failed various portions of the requalification examination previously . administered during the month of June, 1989. At the conclusion of the exami- nation, the results of the requalification examinations and preliminary find- ings of the replacement examinations were discussed with those members of your . staff identified in the enclosed report. Details of the examinations are " described in the NRC Region I Examination Report which is enclosed with this letter, , in t.ccordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter tr.d its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Documert Room.
