ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-120 -
NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY PULSTAR REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 10 to Facility License No. R-120 for the North Carolina State University Pulstar Research Reactor.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your submittal dated November 10, 1989.
The amendment allows more than three people to be appointed to the Reactor Safeguards Advisory Group.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.10 is enclosed.
