l This application for an amendment to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications changes Specifications 4.9.C, " Diesel Fuel' and 4.12.A.1.1, *High Pressure Water Fire Protection System" on pages 218 and 244c. These changes revise the diesel fuel quality i values for water and sediment and ash to reflect the current industry standards provided in ASTM D975-81. ,
