Reactor Security plan Amendment The Reactor Security plan, Rev. December 1989, is submitted herewith.

The revisions incorporate material previously submitted, reflect- the previously approved change in the status of the license to " possession only",

and amend the submittal of 27 July 1988 which requested approval for a reduction

in the reactor facility boundary. Incorporation of the revisions should result L in a current stand-alone security plan which requires no reference to prior correspondence.

The University Radiation Safety Committee has previously found that these changes do not decrease the security of the facility.

The security plan is claimed to be exempt from public disclosure in i

accordance with applicable regulations.
