Dear Judge Kelley:
This morning during a telephone conversation I requested on behalf of Applicants and Intervenors a short delay in the submission of the briefs to accompany the proposed findings of fact and conclusions vf law on the emergency planning and preparedness issues. Applicants' findings and conclusions are due on November 9 and we re-quested five additional days until November 14 to submit our brief. Intervenors' findings and conclusions are due on November 20 and the extension they request for their brief is until November 25, 1981. 1 As I indicated to you, I have spoken with Mr. Hoefling and Mr. McClung and all parties are in agree-ment with the proposed dates for the filing of Applicants' l and Intervenors' briefs. You indicated that this additional time was acceptable to the Board. The purpose of,this letter is to notify all parties of the Board's consent to the addi-l tional time and to set forth the dates by which Applicants' i and Intervenors' Briefs are to be submitted.
