On the final day of hearings in the above captioned matter, Judge Bloch permitted Wisconsin's Environmental Decade (" Decade") to i

makean oralmotion for disclosure of information relating to tests that were conducted for safety purposes. Decade stated that its brief in

support of this motion was a matter of record in the transcript of the proceedings. Tr. 720-22.
