APPLICANTS PURSUANT TO MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Scheduling Prehearing Conference and Evidentiary Hearing on Transition Period Construction Activities) DATED OCTOBER 30, 1981 Preface On October 30, 1981, the Board issued a Memorandum and Order which scheduled an evidentiary hearing to commence on Tuesday, December 8, 1981 in Austin, Texas. See Memorandum and Order (Scheduling Prehearing Conference and Evidentiary Hearing on Transition Period Construction Activities) dated October 30, 1981, at p.
- 5. The Board scheduled' discovery to commence immediately, Id. Pursuant to the Memorandum and Order of October 30, 1981 and Section 2.740b of the Commission's Rules of Practice.. Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power propounds the following interrogatories to Houston Lighting and Power, et al., Applicants.
